About the author

Stefanos Nachmias is Head of the Department of Management, and Associate Professor in Leadership and Management Development at Nottingham Trent University. His scholarship and research activities focus on Diversity and Equality, particularly issues related to diversity management and hidden inequalities in the workplace. He provides guidance and support to organisations and individuals on creating a safe working environment for those who have experienced trauma.

Rebecca Page-Tickell is Director of Education and Experience for the Royal Docks School of Education and Experience and Senior Lecturer in Work Based Learning at the University of East London. She is interested in the process of learning within organisations for non-standard workers and students.
